Ingredients for the dough:

18 plums

250g wholemeal flour (spelled)

250g low-fat margarine

1 teaspoon Steviosidpulver

1 tablespoon cocoa

1 packet of baking powder

1 untreated lemon peel

4 eggs

1 packet of vanilla sugar

¼ liter of eggnog

Ingredients for the streusel:

10g flour

A few drops of stevia

90g low-fat margarine

20g caster sugar

Instructions for processing the streusel:

The flour, stevia, margarine and sugar until crumbly crystal with a mixer.

Instructions for processing the dough:

1 Stir in the lemon zest, vanilla sugar, margarine and stevioside frothy

Instructions for the floor:

1 Beat the egg whites and salt

2 Yolks and stevia until fluffy

3 Egg whites, baking powder, flour, cinnamon and protein powder carefully fold

Instructions for reconstitution:

250g butter (soft)

500g flour

1 packet of baking powder

4 eggs

125ml milk

2 tbsp cocoa

2 tablespoons milk

1 bottle of rum flavor

1 bottle of vanilla flavor

1 pinch of salt

Instructions for reconstitution:

1 Beat butter and eggs separately

2 Now add rum and vanilla flavor, salt, stevia, baking powder and milk and stir everything under.

3 Mix flour and baking powder and give it to the rest of the dough slowly and mix thoroughly

4 Grease a dish and place 2/3 of the dough into the mold already

5 Add to the rest of the dough 2 tbsp milk and add the cocoa and mix everything well

6 Enter now the remaining batter into the loaf pan with a fork and go through the two layers of dough and veiled light and dark mix.

7 Bake the cake in preheated oven for about 50 - 60 minutes at 180 degrees convection

The cake is also well suited for diabetics.

Anchor Fruity Banana Strawberry Shake


150ml grape juice

1 pinch of stevia extract (powder)
2 teaspoons milk powder
1 banana
250 g strawberries
3 tsp tofu
