Unlike artificial sweeteners, Stevia is extracted from the leaves of the Stevia plant. Easily recognisable by its characteristic green colour. Ich nehme das Steviapulver zum süßen meiner Heißgetränke. Ich kann es sehr sparsam verwenden, da es eine hohe Süßkraft hat. An den Geschmack habe ich mich gewöhnt und finde es besser als Süßstoff oder sonstige Zuckeralternativen die künstlich hergestellt werden

Durch den feinen Mahlgrad hat das Pulver eine besonders hohe Süßkraft. Ich verwende es in meinen gekochten Speisen. Passt auch sehr gut zu sauren Fermenten wie Kombucha oder Brottrunk ;)
